Dieye Named All-ACC Second Team

The senior midfielder leads the Cardinals in points, goals and assists
GREENSBORO, N.C. - University of Louisville men's soccer senior midfielder Cherif Dieye has been named an All-ACC Second Team selection as announced by the conference Wednesday, November 13, in a vote by the men's soccer head coaches.
Dieye was named to the All-ACC Second Team after earned third team honors a season ago. He leads the Cardinals in every offensive category, scoring six goals with five assists for 17 points. Of his six goals, three have been game-winners, which is tied for seventh most in the ACC. His five assists also rank in the top-10 of the conference.
Dieye and the rest of the Cardinals await their next opponent when the bracket for the 2019 NCAA Men's College Cup is revealed Monday, Nov. 18 at 1:00 p.m.
