LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Atlantic Coast Conference announced today that University of Louisville women's basketball's Emily Engstler, Chelsie Hall, Mykasa Robinson, Kianna Smith and Hailey Van Lith were named to the All-ACC Women's Basketball Academic Team.

To be eligible for consideration, a student-athlete must have earned a 3.0 grade-point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one's academic career. Athletic achievements during the most recent season are also considered in selecting the All-ACC Academic Team.

Louisville ties a program-record and conference-lead with five players named to the All-ACC Academic team. They also placed five players on the team a season ago.

It also marks the second consecutive season that Engstler, Robinson, Smith and Van Lith have earned All-ACC Academic team honors.

Louisville finished the season with a 29-5 record and entered the NCAA Tournament as a 1-seed for the third time in the past four tournaments. With a 62-50 win over Michigan in the regional final, they reached their fourth Final Four in program history.

This past fall, the Cardinals achieved a collective 3.326 grade-point average, which marked the 15th straight semester that women's basketball has earned better than a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
